Our job does not end when you click buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at sales@tiffanymyer.com. We will instruct you where to return your parcels. Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You must return your jewelris new and unused within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send  returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees.
